1. Remove below folders
rm -rf var/page_cache/* var/cache/* var/session/* var/di*
var/view_preprocessed/* pub/static/* var/generation
2. Setup upgrade
php bin/magento setup:upgrade
3. Content Deploy
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f
I just uploaded all the files to the file manager of one.com do you really need like a Linux host?

Thank you. Is it normal that when you unpack magento CE. That their are over 60.000 files in different folders? if I go to mywebsite url/setup it still shows that error.
