If you just want to show particular categories in your menu navigation, just set the Include in Navigation Menu setting to 'No' for the categories you don't want to display.

If you just want to show particular categories in your menu navigation, just set the Include in Navigation Menu setting to 'No' for the categories you don't want to display.
