I'm quite new to Magento's front-end and could not find any results on what I'm looking for.

I currently have a table which contains many rows and need to render a ui-component button for each each leading to a different URL which send an Ajax request.

What I'm currently aiming for is something among the lines of:

template.phtml

<table>
 <tbody>
 <?php foreach($customers as $customer): ?>
 <tr>
 <td> . . . </td>
 <td>
 <?= $block->renderRequestButton($customer) ?>
 </td>
 </tr>
 <?php endforeach; ?>
 </tbody>
</table>

What I want is to have the renderRequestButton method to render the UI-component.
