About to skin a Magento 2.3 site for a client. They may not have their Commerce license for awhile, and I haven't worked with M2.3 Commerce yet. Are there significant differences in theme structure between Commerce and Open Source? Is it a correct assumption that I can start the theme on Open Source, extending the Magento Blank theme, and then move the theme over to Commerce, and I'll just have to deal with the new UI widgets Commerce introduces? Thanks in advance.
