When I try to make the order than it show me error like "Invalid API key or password".
I am sure the API details is perfect. I did not setup the SSL on server yet.
Please help me.

It seems like the issue is coming because of the SSL is not configured on your website if the details are configured correctly.
The website should be with SSL if you take the card information of the customer on your website.
You can communicate with the eWay payment support for more information regarding the same.
