It should be:

- Shipping and handling
- Tax rate 0%

- Grand total

When choosing one of the other tax rates, Tax high and Tax low, they are visible on the invoice.
How can I make the new tax rate 0% visible on the invoice? Does the rate being zero has anything to do with this issue?
