Is there any chance to add the image button to the WYSIWYG editor for the category description?

The button is remove by the ui category_form.xml setting files_browser_window_url = false.

magento/module-catalog/view/adminhtml/ui_component/category_form.xml:

Overriding the category_form.xml and setting the value to true doesn't work because the value (if not false) is used for the media url.

1. Remove setting

2. Setting the media url as value
