I use Magento 2.3.1 version and Paypal express checkout. My problem is after the customers place a new order on mobile they are redirected with the Homepage with the message "Invalid Form Key".

The order is place with success but I don't see that successful order message .

Much more on desktop is work perfect the succesful message is there and mobile design is different than desktop...

I ask PayPal support too and they told me that is a Magento error, also I set the max_input_vars to 10000 in php.ini. The same, anyone can help me with this issue?
