We require a bar code scanning extension that will Speed up daily tasks such as receiving, removing and auditing that normally could take hours with a error-prone manual process.
Below are the requirements we would be needing for the extension.
Receive Shipments from Vendors:
The scanner should be able to receive shipments from vendors and record the time a vendor drops off an item at a hub/warehouse.
Track Shipments:
The scanners and the extension should automate the process of tracking shipments, e.g. When an item reaches a hub, it is scanned to show that item is in warehouse. This message in turn should be relayed to a user’s account on the site that item is in our warehouse.
When an item is scanned and cleared for delivery to customers address, scanner should be able to capture and transmit message to a user’s profile that the said item is in transit.
The same also goes for when a deliveryman hands over a shipment to a customer and scans the shipment with their own scanner, this should trigger a delivery success message and maybe an order successful email to a client.
Track Inventory:
Track inventory and products across warehouse and hubs.
How can achieve that , which extension is useful and what should I do for that? please help me for this

I doubt there is an extension that does exactly what you want. you have to code it on your own. You are asking for Information that people get paid a lot of money for. You should contact a consultant.
