I'm having issues with keyboard behavior in Firefox and Safari running the Luma theme. Tabbing misses the navigation and <a> tags within the <body> and moves to the browser Chrome. I tried removing the smart-keyboard-handler.js file and the related function calls with no change. This is not an issue in Chrome. Has anyone else encountered this or know of a fix?
