To solve this issue, Find customer_entity table in your database and check the following column structure and if not available then create it.
Name : failures_num , Type : smallint(6) , Default : 0
Name : first_failure , Type : timestamp , Default : NULL
Name : lock_expires , Type : timestamp , Default : NULL
After that run reindex command (php bin/magento ind:rei)

Name : failures_num , Type : smallint(6) , Default : 0
Name : first_failure , Type : timestamp , Default : NULL
Name : lock_expires , Type : timestamp , Default : NULL
After that run reindex command (php bin/magento ind:rei)
