macOS is not licensed to run on anything other than Apple hardware, so no legitimate source will provide a method of installing it on anything else.
There are no VM-addons etc for any non-Apple hardware on any legitimate VM or image.
There are “hacks” that exist but they are from legitimate and make modifications to the application. I am aware of no such hack for Hyper-V. If you need a MacOS VM use VMWare Fusion. I am simply disclosing the fact the hack exists.
