Porosia dërgohet në bazë të :


  • Ofertës së marr,

  • Porosive të mëhershme dhe

  • Nga marrdhëniet e rregullta afariste.

Porosia mund të bëhet përmes telefonit, internetit dhe mjeteve tjera. Gjatë porositjes së mallit duhet t’i eliminojmë mosmarrëveshjet eventuale, për t’iu larguar mosmarrëveshjeve atëherë porosia duhet të jetë e saktë, e qartë dhe t’i përmbaj elementet e nevojshme.


Ndër elementet kryesore te porosisë janë :


  1. Lloji, sasia dhe cilësia e mallit,

  2. Çmimi, afati dhe mënyra e pagesës,

  3. Mënyra e paketimit dhe transportit.

Pas dërgimit të fletëporosisë për të mos pas mosmarrëveshje blerësi duhet të ketë të qartë se çfarë shkruan në përshkrimin e porosis.


Pas dërgimit të fletëporosisë duhet të bëhet pranimi nga ana e shitësit.


Nëse ndodh që blerësi e ka ndërruar mendjen për atë porosi që ka bërë, atëherë ai është i obliguar për ta lajmëruar shitësin para afatit të dërgimit sepse nëse nuk lajmërohet atëherë shitësi do të krijoj shpenzime të panevojshme psh, shpenzimet e transportit, shpenzimet e paketimit, shpenzimet e fuqisë punëtore, humja e kohës etj.
