Try changing the configuration,
Stores -> Configuration -> General -> Web -> Url Option -> Add Store Code to Urls -> NO
To remove Languages,
/app/design/frontend/YourPackage/YourTheme/Magento_Theme/layout/default.xml

Stores -> Configuration -> General -> Web -> Url Option -> Add Store Code to Urls -> NO
To remove Languages,
