Try to disable all custom extensions which you have installed into Magento and then try to print invoice. After that, enable extension one by one so you will get idea if any extension conflicts with functionality.

Try to disable all custom extensions which you have installed into Magento and then try to print invoice. After that, enable extension one by one so you will get idea if any extension conflicts with functionality.
