Peru at the Olympics is a history which includes 20 games in 15 countries and 300+ athletes.[1] Since 1900, the Peru has contributed to the growth of the "Olympic Movement".[2]
The International Olympic Committee's official abbreviation for Peru is PER.[3]

The Peru National Olympic Committee was formed in 1924. It was recognized by the International Olympic Committee in 1936.[4]
Peru's team first competed at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris.[1]
Since 1936, the nation has been in all but one Summer Olympic Games. Peru was in the Winter Olympic Games in 2010.
