Naginata (なぎなた, 薙刀) on traditsiooniline Jaapani teivasrelv, mis koosneb puitteiba otsa kinnitatud kumerast mõõgaterast. Naginatat kasutasid nii samuraid, ashigarud (tavasõdurid) kui ka sōheid (sõdalasmunkad).[1] Naginata oli ühtlasi ka peamine onna-bugeishade (naissamuraide) relv.[2]
Meessõdalaste kasutavat naginata tüüpi nimetati ō-naginataks (suur naginata), naised kasutasid peamiselt väiksema teraga ko-naginatat (väike naginata).[3]
